MECHCOOL provides air conditioning cleaning, maintenance, inspection, repair, and installation services. The specific scope of each service will be agreed upon before work commences. We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our capacity or technical scope.
Quotes are provided based on the information you supply about your AC unit and premises. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was initially described. Any changes to pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work proceeds. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement of a date and time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances and will notify you promptly.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the air conditioning units and areas required to complete the service. An authorised adult must be present during the service visit. MECHCOOL will treat your property with care; however, we accept no liability for pre-existing damage or conditions not related to our work.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior arrangement has been made. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Overdue payments may be subject to follow-up.
MECHCOOL's liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services or website use, to the extent permitted by Australian law.
